TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me, you agree the terms of service that I will show below.
I. GENERAL TERMS
It is very important that the client provide me with visual references that are concise, and supplement it with any important information. Also, If you want an illustration with a similar style, send it too.
If possible, please send me any type of visual art of your request, be it a sketch/collage (regardless of quality), character sheets; and even a pose (and the angle if it's half body or full body). Try to be as exact as possible.
And if you want to take references from previous work I've done, send me the illustration you liked, in case you want your drawing to have a similar style/quality. Character design accuracy may vary depending on commission type and I cannot promise that your design will be done with 100% accuracy.
II. COPYRIGHT
I reserve some rights on the commissions I make, such as the right
to publish it on my social media or to use it as advertisement or
example images for future commissions.You can post and repost your commision wherever, but on the condition
that you mention me and credit any of my social media. Ask me if you
want to make any kind of edition or alteration to the commision, to
give you my consent.
III. PAYMENTS AND CANCEL/REFUND POLICY
Prices are listed in USD currency and are made through Paypal and Ko-fi invoices. I don't accept othe types of payment. The minimun acceptable is 30 USD and the price would increase about 5 USD or more if you want variants or sets. Besides, payment must in advance.The artist has the right to cancel and refund the commission at any time. Please be patient and don't rush me. If this happens, your commission may be cancelled.Refunds are only allowed if the commission has yet to be paid for. I will not do any refunds after you have received your WIP sketch and approved it. If the commission is already in progress, there is no refund full, although a partial
refund can be discussed.My work cannot be used for NFTs or any other blockchain-related technology, and IA art.
IV. WORKFLOW AND CUSTOMER SASTIFACTION
I provide a rought sketch or sketches, depending on the commission's complexity, for the final artwork. Secondly, I will the lineart stage, a cleaner version with some colors and eventually, the final piece. Between these sketches I may provide some WIPs (Work In Progress).A major revision can be made on the initial sketch, but if you want to do a other revision, the cost will be increased by 20%.If I have made a mistake or have passed overlooked an important detail, you have the right to request a minor revision to the artwork.
